Not all dark Saudis are from Africa. Dark arabs can be found across the middle east and in Africa. But one also has to realize that the "white" arabs, have spent alot of time invading and being at war with Europeans. Yes they are tribal, but just like in India and Africa there are certain groups of people that were just always light and that's just the way they are.
